ROWAN'S LAW

As per Ontario Law, ALL RCN Members under 26 years of age (as of September 1) and parents of an RCN Member under 18 must follow the provincial Concussion Awareness guidelines, known as Rowan's Law.  Before every season:

For Members under 18 years of age:

1. The Parent(s) or Guardian(s) must review the age-appropriate guidelines WITH THE youth member:

10 years old or under

11 to 14 years old

15 to 17 years old

2. Confirm that you have reviewed the guidelines with the Youth Member by signing the RCN Rowan's Law Attestation form and submitting to the RCN.

 

For Members 18 to 25 years of age:

1. The Member must review the guidelines;
   
   
2. Confirm that you have reviewed the guidelines by signing the RCN Rowan's Law Attestation form and submitting to the RCN.
